Freya has 6 years’ experience in Human Factors. With a background in Psychology, she brings a comprehensive understanding of human behaviour to her role.
Working across the Rail, Healthcare, Aviation and Government sectors, Freya applies Human Factors principles to complex designs and operational challenges to improve safety, usability and user experience. Her work includes user research and testing, Human Factors assurance, task and workload analysis, and design reviews.
Freya works with a diverse range of end users and stakeholders, translating their needs and feedback into practical recommendations that support the design of safe, accessible and user-centred systems.
