Ergonomie puts the human at the forefront of our user research and customer experience design activities.

We ensure that the design of environments, equipment, systems and processes are compatible with the capabilities and expectations of the end users and customers.

Our experience

Ergonomie adopts a user-centred design approach combined with scientific human factors techniques to design products and interfaces that minimise errors, improve efficiency and create a more pleasurable experience for the user.

Ergonomie has a fully equipped usability lab, with separate stakeholder viewing room, in our office in Surry Hills. We provide design and usability testing to support the evaluation of physical products, as well as mobile and tablet-based applications and websites.

From diverse areas like medical device product design, to retail banking, to fast food retail outlets, we have experience applying user research to achieve better customer experiences. We apply methods that ensure the user’s needs, emotions, behaviours and attitudes are considered at every stage of the design process.

Through user centred design research methods, Ergonomie optimises the design of products, processes and systems by properly understanding the needs and expectations of the people that use them.
